In this joined position between the UvA and WUR groups of the MiCRop consortium you will develop innovative computational methods to uncover causal relationships between plant microbiomes, metabolomes, transcriptomes, and phenotypes. As part of a vibrant, interdisciplinary team, you will analyze multi-omics datasets to understand how microbial communities impact plant health, growth, and resilience, and collaborate with experts to translate findings into actionable insights.

You will join a big consortium spread over multiple Dutch universities and institutes with a wealth of knowledge to share on plant science, microbiome research and biosystems data analysis.
